Aztec Brewing Company is a fun and welcoming spot with a cute atmosphere. The brewery offers a variety of drinks, including excellent stouts and unique flavor combinations like the cucumber basil seltzer, "The Spa Water", and the grapefruit beer. Although they don’t serve food, they often have food trucks on site, offering incredible tacos by deathtacos/Taco. The staff is friendly and the talented, hospitable owners make everyone feel like family. The brewery features fantastic live music all week, including Blues Mondays, Open Mic Night Thursdays, weekend live bands, and the stunningly awesome Aztec jazz jam with Dylan Soto. Open to all ages and skill levels, it’s a hidden gem worth seeking out, open from Thursday to Monday. Good vibes and good times make it a great place to unwind and relax.
