The worst experience and service ever.I ordered 2 bowls for my kids. They both ordered chow mein and orange chicken.The chow mein was burnt. It had black Noodles and smelled horrible. I took the bowls to the server and explained my concern, I asked her to smell the food. She said it's fine. It's always like this and said there's nothing she can do. Didn't even offer to replace the food with anything else. I wasn't the only person who complained.We were still hungry so we went to a different restaurant.I would really appreciate a response from this Establishment

Great service! The food was amazing and there were several options to choose from. The staff were super friendly and helpful with food selections. Food was fresh and then packaged well for each customer. There was no wait. The restaurant was extremely clean and all sauces were available upon request. Highly recommend this establishment.Parking: There is a parking lot available in front of the restaurant and many spaces available for many different businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is completely wheelchair accessible

This was the worst experience out of Panda Express I've ever had I ordered Black Angus steak and got two tiny pieces of steak everything else was vegetable I don't get it it's like they did it on purpose when I ordered Uber Eats. Worst experience I've ever had at a Panda Express. Keep in mind you pay extra for the Angus

The girl kathya putting the food definitely needs to learn customer service. One girl started the order and then she took over but was asking us which was our order. They have all these plates in line. We thought the girl had finished our plates since there was NO ONE NEXT IN LINE. And the food was there. So after we told kathya what we ordered she still kept talking and arguing about why she asked and how we were wrong. Like we told the other female and you what our order was already and we moved along so its not our fault the first girl didnt finish our plate. & then kathya has the nerve to tell the other cashier to “charge us before we get mad” im glad i didnt hear her because i would’ve said something right there and then. Really needs to be taught how to work with customers! I WORKED in a fast food restaurant and know how it goes.
