This is the spot!
Friday, July 24th. The happy hour drinks weren't that good. They were watered down and the drinks weren't made right. The bartender possibly doesn't have enough experience. Their house wine wasn't tasty as well. But, the food wasn't too bad. I probably would choose a different spot around main street in Vista like Mikko sushi, best pizza or belching beaver on my next hangout.
Ok, so I had no idea what the menu had in store and boy was I NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! Even our service was great. Jesse took great care of our group of 10. The food was soooooo yummy. I can’t wait to go try brunch next.

Based on the reviews, Prey Brewing Company is a go-to spot with consistently delicious food and a solid drink menu. The happy hour is a fantastic deal with a great selection. The smash burger is excellent, and the chicken sandwich is crispy and delicious, with the garlic aioli being a must-try. The Bullet Old Fashioned is one of the best in Vista, perfectly balanced and smooth. The atmosphere is top notch, with a perfect balance of modern brewery energy and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The service is amazing, with friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. The brewery feels like a premium, new, and clean brewpub. It is a place where people genuinely enjoy hanging out, whether for drinks with friends, a date night, or just to unwind. The restaurant has a tomahawk deal that looks phenomenal, and the normal menu is expansive. The small attention to detail, from the high-quality menus to the great customer service, makes the experience memorable. It is absolutely worth visiting for an amazing burger, outstanding drinks, and an excellent atmosphere.
