A hometown staple for vista, Danny's service and food are great!!!! The ice cream is every kids dream with such a huge amount if options to choose from!!! And the settings have the home town feel and is pleasant to sit in the sun and enjoy your meal or treat and converse with family or friends, I will forever choose peppertree as my go to for the hometown classic, the history of peppertree in vista is rich and us definitely of honorable mention!!!
Iconic classic vista location. It's an absolute pleasure to stop here every time. Everything they have is wonderful. Walk up to the wondow to order and hang out nearby outside. It is a great place to come with a whole group of people. Truly a must visit spot!!!!

This is one of the few old landmark ice cream shops left in San Diego County.
Located in Vista in the newly renovated central part of Vista, it's always a great stop.
We happened to be in the area and stopped by to get an Oreo shake.
Always great ice cream and shakes. I've never tried their food, but the line was long, so I imagine it's also excellent.
