I ordered the house sangria ($10.00) and after two sips it was just all tonic water/ice.

This is now my go to restaurant!!! The staff and our server, Carol Ann were amazing. The food, what can I say, I'm trying everything on the menu! In time of course. Thank you Seven Seas for an amazing dining experience.

We read a great review on Nextdoor and went to try it. Carol Ann was our server and was excellent as well as very personable. The food was delicious. My wife had the Po Boy and I had the Mahi tacos. I suggest you go before Guy Fiere makes this place famous!

We got there for an early dinner. Almost too early as there was only 2 servers trying (and doing a great job) to serve everyone in the restaurant. It wasn't until about 30 min after we got there a few more servers showed up. Now on to the food. It's well worth any wait you might have. I had the Lobster and crab Carbonara and the clam chowder. My wife had the fish and chips. I've traveled up and down the central coast and this clam chowder ranks top 5 for sure. Same for the fish and chips. The Lobster and Crab Carbonara was prepared well and had great flavor. I would have went with a different pasta as this one ate a little difficult. Plenty of Lobster meat and crab inside the dish for sure. Our waitress did an amazing job dancing from one table to the next. At that time she had the whole floor and patio while the other server took care of the bar area. I'll definitely be back to try a few more dishes. I hope this one stays a while.

Seven Seas Bar and Grill seems to be constantly busy but it is worth the wait. I ordered the Pacific rockfish vera cruz and it was fantastic. The fish was cooked perfectly and I especially enjoyed the flavors. It was one of the best seafood restaurants I've been to for a while. Service was great and the atmosphere allowed some good chatting.

Clam chowder with lots of clams and very few potatoes. Oysters. Mahi mahi fish and chips. All very good. House chardonnay is decent. Definitely will go back.

Please don’t rush the solo traveler. You never know who might be celebrating their birthday alone this year and I’m sure you could wish for a larger tip from a larger party, but some of us can only afford a wonderful cup of chowder.

We just discovered this amazing restaurant. We went to an event for the Boys and Girls club of Vista and after decided to stay and eat.
What a wonderful surprise, sea food is super fresh, had the Ceviche and crab cakes, they are delicious.
Four days later we are back and tried the Oysters, Poke bowl, tacos and Patatas bravas.
As you can see, we love good food. Everything was amazing.
Great selection of wines beers and cocktails.
Also you can't ask for better servers and bar tenders. They make you feel like family.
We will be back!

No hosts we stand at the front for 510 minutes. Nobody even greeted us. The server seemed like it was her first time serving. They forgot our biscuits. The fish and chips was OK. The Bronzino was overpriced though. Fish was small flavor was good. Not badly priced two entrées, an app and two drinks hundred bucks Maybe they just need more time.

Went here several times since they first opened. Loved everything about it. Amazing food, great atmosphere and good service. Went back and everything went downhill. Ordered the muscles, several weren't opened, and a couple tasted like they were bad. The lobster and crab carbonara, which was their best dish was so bad I had to send it back. They changed the delicious fettuccine noodles, which used to taste homemade, to what looked like lasagna noodles that were under cooked and cut into strands. The Sandab schnitzel which was another one of their top entrees also went downhill. It was chewy, not light and flaky as it used to be. I don't know what happened to this place, but I'm really bummed, because it was out new favorite restaurant in all of Vista. Whatever they changed, needs to go back to the way it was. Hope they get it turned around.

Very chill islander atmosphere. Their cheese biscuits are delicious!! Warm, soft, cheesy with a side of honey butter… yumm!! The fish and chips and the mango ahi were amazing too!
