We were in the drive through at 1245 and the drive through person said they would be right back and then never got back to us. We waited for 10 minutes then asked someone taking out the trash if they were still taking orders and they said no. Bummed, hungry, and sad.

just came here today and had a small order. my 2 frito wraps were cold and ate them as soon as i got them. service was extremely slow and waited for them to remake 2 burritos for 20 minutes.

Better than last time. I think there's a disconnect between the app's estimate of when your food will be ready. At any rate waiting for over 10 minutes is a miss. At least the employee apologized our the wait this time, which has never happened in the past.

Unfortunately, our recent visit to the Sonic Drive-In in Vista, CA, was disappointing. The staff was slow to respond from the start, and our order was incorrect upon delivery. Additionally, the restroom keypad was locked, and staff initially refused to assist. Only after repeated requests did someone unlock the door from the inside, a simple task that required minimal effort but was met with resistance. When our food finally arrived, the portions (including the large fries and onion rings) appeared noticeably smaller than expected. Given the overall experience, we do not plan to return to this location.

I had ordered a sugar feee sprite with paying for extra cherries extra strawberry’s and the sugar free peach flavor l. When they had bright the drink out it just a normal sprite with nothing in it. I had gone and asked an employee if they could change their order to add the things that I had added on and they had came back and gave me the changed order. How ever they when they gave me back the drink it had no cherries and strawberry’s but had multiple limes and did not have the peach flavor. Was very disappointed

The reason why I put 2 for service is because people next to us said they waited 45 minutes just to get food and drinks. We came after them and we got out food in 15ish minutes. The people next to us did get a refund and the food was free. The employees were nice to them so that adds a star The atmosphere was good not the best but still good. The food was good, I got a grill cheese and it wasn't crispy I thought it would be crispy but it wasn't which was fine. (I didn't have a cheese pull ☹️) Other then that the place gets a 3
