Better than last time. I think there's a disconnect between the app's estimate of when your food will be ready. At any rate waiting for over 10 minutes is a miss. At least the employee apologized our the wait this time, which has never happened in the past.

The reason why I put 2 for service is because people next to us said they waited 45 minutes just to get food and drinks. We came after them and we got out food in 15ish minutes. The people next to us did get a refund and the food was free. The employees were nice to them so that adds a star The atmosphere was good not the best but still good.
