Starbucks offers stellar service, with some employees providing exceptional care and knowledge, such as the lady working at 11:18am on May 22, 2024, who helped customers with their drinks and was personable and knowledgeable. However, some employees have been known to have poor attitudes, with some not even greeting customers upon entry.
