They gave me the wrong drink, when back and they told me “I’m sorry we made the correct drink for you, thank you for letting me make it right for you” that’s what I call customer service and resolving a mistake. Love you Starbucks San Marcos

I was just here yesterday, and the customer service could definitely be better. Some of the employees seemed annoyed and gave attitude, almost like they didn’t want to be there. It made the experience feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. A little friendliness and better customer service would go a long way.
