They gave me the wrong drink, when back and they told me “I’m sorry we made the correct drink for you, thank you for letting me make it right for you” that’s what I call customer service and resolving a mistake. Love you Starbucks San Marcos
Went through the drive-thru
Hands down the best Starbucks in North County! The customer service here is unmatched, and the atmosphere is always incredibly positive and welcoming. Every time I visit, the employees genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. They are consistently helpful, happy, and greet you with a warm smile. Highly recommend this location!
