Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has many great workers who provide stellar service. Baristas like Gigi, Jade, and others are super nice, sweet, and helpful, even on busy days. One customer praised a worker who fixed an underfilled pistachio latte by giving a brand new one along with a voucher. Another reviewer noted the drive thru is always swift and the pastry’s are always warm. However, some issues were mentioned. The music is too loud for a coffee shop, making it hard to think. A homeless man often takes up one of the only two wall outlets all day. Despite these problems, most reviewers found the customer service and staff to be great. One customer got the medicine ball, which is great for when you are sick and yummy even when you aren't. The outside of the location looks rustic.
