They must have better communication when taking orders and focus more on customer service, luckily Fernando was excellent attention when taking our order he made sure to make our food himself and that everything was fine a very good guy but overall the food was good and the restaurant is clean
I’ve lived in three different states and driven across the country multiple times. I have never once gone to a Taco Bell with amazing, post on google ratings worthy service. I love the girls who work here! I have been here 3 times. Two of the 3 times they gave me the wrong food and I had to go back to get the right food. I love taco bell in general, but this one is new, maybe the employees need a bit more training. They were friendly and the store was nice, just wrong food. I have not had any issues at the other taco bell I go to, so I don't think it's me ?
