The new owners seem to be doing a good job. The food was good, the service was good and we had an enjoyable time. The price for what you got was also reasonable. A good reason to go check it out.
I am not sure what they are doing at this restaurant. I placed a reservation on their site on a Wednesday. I was called on Friday to verify my reservation. Once we arrived, they couldn't find out the reservation, and we waited entirely too long to be seated. I only go there because our friend is the band leader is a good friend. This isn't the first time that this has happened. I will give them one more opportunity to redeem themselves before I place them on the list...
The French Toast and scrambled eggs were perfectly prepared. We were also delighted by our server with an egg/bell pepper appetizer that was spectacular. The charm of the previous establishments (La Paloma & Wildwood) have been nicely preserved.
