Let me start out with saying that I love your bakery. Not only are your baked goods top-notch but your sandwiches are totally delicious. I've been a customer for years.
With that said, I was sooo disappointed to see that when I walked into your store today to order a sandwich, you had the lights shut off with no air conditioning running for your poor employees when the weather is predicted to hit 112 degrees. Omg! I love walking into your bakery! It makes me smile really big! Fudge brownies with cream cheese are the best in the world! My favorite is coconut cream pies!
