I got the pastrami melt and added Sriracha sauce and BOY was that good! I also got the pesto Mac and cheese and it was so fresh and good! My husband got the short rib melt and that was delicious too he said. Five star customer service too.
Good food! It's a fact, my score of 4 for the service because the tables are dirty and I noticed that the staff is more focused on the kitchen. Which is fine, it is understood that they are busy but if your customers see clean tables and ready to eat, you will surely sell more. We were about to leave but the food was so good that we stayed 🤩🤩🤩 look at the photos 👇👇👇
Boudin is a wonderful place to enjoy fresh, flavorful food with a cozy, welcoming vibe. I tried the Caprese Sandwich, and it was outstanding! For $11.99, it was a well-balanced meal featuring juicy tomatoes, creamy burrata cheese, fresh arugula, and a delicious balsamic glaze. The basil pesto added a nice herbaceous kick, and everything was perfectly layered on warm, soft Italian flatbread. At 690 calories, it felt indulgent but not overly heavy.
