Ordered at the kiosk, sat and waited for 15 minutes. Eventually got up and inquired, turned out the order was done but they didn't call my name. Burger King's new system is cool in some ways, but I feel like you have to basically breathe down their neck or else you end up waiting forever

Went through drive thru today., while back on freeway, noticed NO onion rings (as ordered and paid for) were not in the bag, and also the 8 count chicken nuggets only had 7. Very disappointed as I could not go back and the phone number on the receipt was not valid!

Refused service for not ordering through the app
No matter how I ask the cashier wants me to repeat order 3 - 8 times and still cannot hear me and still says pull up to the window and refuses to take my ebt card everytime I pull up to the drive-thru without ordering online which I can't do because they dont take ebt card for online orders.
This does not happen in any of the other Burger King in this area.

This BK has Kakashi and Neji. The coffee is really sweet and I'm more of a bitter coffee type of person but overall really good. Robyn is awesome, very helpful, and service was pleasant and quick

If you have Fish and seafood allergies, refrain from eating the fries. They fry their fish sandwiches in the same fryer as their fry’s. Ended up having a severe allergic reaction because I am deadly allergic to seafood and fish. Just a heads up.
