Beware of Hector, he takes your order but doesn’t understand the machines so he charges you for other things, and over charges you. I order a combo, wanted a medium fries, but he added another fries, and when I told him of his mistake he says I fixed it, which he did not. He then says sorry no manager on duty for refund and to come back he will give me a free meal!?

My truck had broken down in the parking lot and I did not have money to have it towed. I decided to fix it myself which I could easily do but could not do it until the next day. When I returned with the new parts my truck was gone and a major part of the truck was left behind causing me $1,200.00 total to fix. Thanks a lot to your security detail.Parking: Don't ever park here and leave your vehicle over night

Sometimes you're in a hurry and just want to run in and out and grab something to eat. This is not the place for that.Been here twice. Both times I went in because no one was inside so I figured it'd be quicker. Both times I ordered and waited and waited and waited. 20 minutes at least. Both times they messed up my order.I was the ONLY guy in the restaurant. How do you mess up that order? Twice?The worst run fast food place ever. And of course the manager will read this and guess what? Couldn't care less.Let that guide you if you should ever give these people your money.

The worst burger I've ever had. I think it was made the day before. Meat cold. No flavor. Bun soggy with excess mayo. Totally disgusting

Their 89c soft serve cone !!!! because McDonald's is way too expensive now for a soft serve delight.The creaminess and the texture is what a soft serve vanilla should be all about, hopefully they keep it at this price.Been a minute since I been to BK, but the service was great, ill be back BK.
I was in the parking lot outside of Burger King when I made the order, I immediately went in and talked to the cashier to request that my chicken needs to be cooked fresh, I didn't want the precooked or preheated one, she said okay, after waiting less than five minutes the food was ready, I knew it should take more time to cook the five OCs so I asked her again, did you cook the chicken from scratch, she replied, yes of course. When I went home my family and I found that all the Original Chicken sandwichs were overcooked and barely warm, which means they were precooked and reheated, so I knew that she lied to me, adding that the lady at the register was washing the floor while they were preparing my order. Will never order from this place again again,???

Ok, I am with everyone that the drive through is very slow and painful. However, the food has always been good and fresh. They haven't messed up our order once and always seem to give extra dressings and condiments when we ask. I am much better off with long drive through and good food than the other way around. That being said, I do hope they can fix the long wait times.. it seems something that other chains and locations have solved a long time back.

I wish I had read the other reviews and gone across the street to Chick Fila. Paid $25 bucks and half the order was missing.

They did not have the chicken sandwich that was displayed on the big screen TV behind the order counter. Ok no big deal. Just order something else. Wow, I should have walked out. Cold cheese on a slightly warm patty for my Whopper. Some frys were partial cooked. Soda was flat out warm and lacked carbination. The AC in the place most have been set to "warm". The bathroom was broken. The grand total for two meals was $27.00! The only positive was the nice counter lady. Stay away from here.

Since my last review, I've been here a few more times and the wait hasn't been as horrendous, but it's still certainly a slow drive-thru. I hope they're working on that.Food is fine as always.
