I had high hopes. I will start with the good. The place had a good vibe, I liked the ambiance and environment but it is pretty small. The host was accommodating and pretty nice so I thought she set the tone for a good experience. However, once we were seated, we waited 10 mins before I asked if we had a waitress. As a person who has been in the restaurant industry for 30yrs it can be hard to impress me. But The Chateau hit the mark. We had a reservation for 6 people on a busy Friday night and our table was ready and the hostess was welcoming. Our server Louis was exceptional. He was super attentive and charming without hovering. I was here yesterday and this place was nothing but fantastic, the food was delicious our server even the maitre'd was delightful, the interiors are beautiful and done very thoughtfully, we sat outside and l felt like l was transformed out of Walnut Creek, it was fabulous l will be back for sure ❤️
