Never been here before. Since everyone talks about the fried chicken sandwich, I ordered it for takeout. What I got was a lukewarm, soggy chicken breast, as well as soggy bun. The fries were cold. Popeyes has so much the superior fried chicken sandwich.

We came here because we had an hour to kill. It was clean when we walked in. I am always impressed with the courtesy displayed at Chick-Fil-A employees but Gabriel was extremely friendly and patient while we ordered. There was a misunderstanding with our nuggets order which we didn’t catch. The team remedied the situation expeditiously and did not display any frustration. I have a happy kid now with a full belly - thank you! And the sunset display tonight was just the icing on the cake - gorgeous sky at this location!

Organized entrance into Chick Fila drive thru, through a crowded lot with multiple businesses. There are two staff with handheld menus and payment devices which keep the line moving pretty steady. The food is always fresh, especially the salads. Grilled or fried chicken tenders are cooked to perfection with four different dip sauces to choose from. When I've been directed to a number to wait for my order, it was there within minutes. What's impressive is; I see teamwork throughout the business at every level. Management are not afraid to get their hands dirty. Kudos!!!

I had a great visit to the Walnut Creek Chick-fil-A. Outside at my car in the driveway, Chris D. helped me right at the register — super friendly and helpful. Also want to thank Bryant Allen, who took care of my food and even gave me a little extra — really appreciated. The service was fast and smooth: drive-thru went quickly and I was in and out without any issues. And shout-out to Maxwell M. who helped me in the driveway too — excellent service all around.
Overall, a top notch experience. The staff made a big difference. I’ll definitely be back. Plus the fries were super hot and fresh with the perfect amount of Salt 🧂 very nice!
