This is just a food truck parked in front of a restaurant they say will open in about 8 months. I ordered a Hen sandwich, a battered slab of white meat with mayo and pickles on a brioche bun. It was ok but hardly worth $15 with their low overhead. I won’t be going back.

edit: just read some of the other reviews and was shocked at how negative they are. the food was incredible and the service was excellent. prices were also very reasonable in my opinion. festivals / street events are so busy and expensive in nature, I guess some people don’t realize that!

The batter was tasty but not better than KFC or Hot Boys. The grilled sandwich was also meh. Great ingredients that managed to come together in a disappointing way. Too creamy , dull taste, just meh.
