Came here with friends and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The hostesses (Lili, Berivan, and Andrea) were extremely rude and aggressive when we simply tried to check on our table. Instead of handling things professionally, they escalated the situation and brought out the manager, Bikiram, who falsely accused us of being hostile and refused to seat us. I have never left a review before, but the experience my party and I had at this restaurant was too upsetting to ignore.
We arrived hoping to sit outside and were told by a staff member that we’d need to wait until 9pm. As we noticed tables starting to clear out, we went back to the host booth to check if our table might be ready. That’s when things took a turn.
