An incredibly nice crew of folks with the strongest, best brewed iced tea in the area! Love their frequent customer punch card. It is my caffeine spot.

This is an excellent little coffee shop. Tucked away between a Bevmo and USPS, it's a hidden little gem that I highly recommend.
They have a good variety of coffee, but their Gelato, pastries, and small breakfast bites are the main attraction here.

Best coffee shop in the Concord - WC area! Love the vibe and the Castle Rock signature coffee!
Came here with my family and tried the gelato, beignets, and chai latte. The gelato was very good and my kids left wanting seconds. Chai latte was on the sweeter side but still enjoyable.

I can't say enough amazing things about CCCoffee and Ginger's Gelato!! First off...the coffee and staff here are wonderful. Secondly, I worked with Jhoey for my engagement party to have Gelato served. They pre-hand-packed gelato and delivered to our event all packed on ice/in cooler/and with waffle chips and spoons. The gelato was a hit!!!! It's probably some of the best gelato I have had since having it in Italy!! Communication, professionalism, fresh ingredients...so highly recommend!!

I’m torn. The staff have always been service nice. Not overly friendly. The drinks have however always been gross. I really try to support local. I do. I’ve gone here on an off for the past 4 years an every drink I’ve gotten is gross an flavor less. Even the chai was off. I ended up tossing it. I understand it’s not Starbucks an I frequent many other local coffee shops. I’ve tried everything from hot to cold coffees to teas here. An every single time the flavor is either off or it’s just down right gross. The cost is significantly more then a Starbucks as well for size an what you get. A small latte or cold coffee here 12oz will run you about $6-7. A very thin slice of bread will run you $4. The side of the store is a mess. It’s been several years an it still looks the same. Are they trying to sell something? Is it storage? Could all this stuff in the front be moved else where? It’s a quiet place to work for sure. Needs better lighting an the hours are not late. I’ve tried this place an avg of 6 times a year. Over the last 4 years. Really hoping for that amazing drink but have yet to come across it. Let’s hope I do one day.

Friendly staff. A good, excellent barista - properly prepared coffee, the ideal temperature combination, aesthetically pleasing presentation. Grains with a slight sourness. Also here you can try Gelato.

Took forever to get a coffee. Don’t know if they purposely delayed me. Everyone after me for next 20 min got their drinks.

Great coffee and pastry with a tranquil cozy vibe. Service is not quick which is totally expected for great quality.
Vegetarian options: Definitely have several options for vegans and vegetarians but once they're out, they're out. That's for omnivores too though.

I really enjoyed this place when dropping in for a cup of hot chocolate. Our hot chocolates came in China cups and were beautifully decorated. Plus, they were made of chocolate syrup, not just cocoa powder. My daughter loved their cat & coffee decorations. :)

I got a large coffee with unsweetened almond milk and a cup of blood orange gelato. It was great.
