I was at the IHOP...and recognized the pit master from the BBQ joint at the next table, and complemented him on how great the BBQ Brisket was the night before, and asked him where he learned his BBQ skills, and he told me he was a Flamethrower operator on Iwo Jima during WWII...Then he looked me dead in the eyes and said..."It's like riding a bike once you get the hang of it you never forget"

It ihop but the food was good, the services was poor. There was only one server and he looked extremely over whelmed with 3 tables. The atmosphere was loud as some guy was on the phone talking really loud almost in a screaming voice.
