I haven't been to Kinder's since 2016 and this food is still amazing. The restaurant/shop is almost the same with the exception of more seasonings and sauces. The original sauce is still the best for the Tri-Tip sandwich. I ordered the tri-tip and the precooked ribs; absolutely amazing!! I purchased the sandwich to have as dinner at SFO but it was late; I waited until the next day and it was still amazing after I reheated it. I also found that I was given an extra side...
I moved to Texas, the land off BBQ and brisket, but have been seeing kinder's seasonings and sauces everywhere there. I came back to visit and had to have a sandwich. I got a ball tip sandwich a d it was as good as I remember. The meat was tender smokey and peppery and the roll was soft and delicious. The sauce was good as always and what I expect as I buy it regularly. As a person that makes, buys and eats BBQ regularly, this is still a good place to eat. Would recommend...
