La Ezkina Grill & Cantina

I almost hate to share my review, I want to keep this place all to myself! Every aspect of our second experience was 5 Star! This is a hidden little gem north of Ygnacio on Broadway, away from the HELL which is downtown Walnut Creek! Plenty of close parking, it’s really nice and quiet at this end of town. Great for romantic dinners or dates. Great bar, big tv’s if you choose! It’s a winner!

In from out of town looking for an afternoon bar for a good drink and something light. Margarita was Perfect!
Chips and salsa were very good. Didn’t try the food but it looked good. Will come back for lunch or dinner.

The cocktails are equally impressive,. You won’t be disappointed with their excellent selection of tequila, mezcal, and even Mexican vodka.

What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is warm, attentive, and friendly.

This place is tge real deal hidden on the auto area found it by accident went back 4 times in a week - authentic tequilla food is amazing and happy hour gas real mexican beer

This is a tough review. The food was excellent, service was just ok, but the menu is quite limited. I was hoping for a few more options. The deck was a nice place to enjoy a drink and some tasty apps. The margarita was pretty well priced and very good.

6 of us ate there last Friday evening. Superb service. They have only been open 6 weeks, so it's still in launch. We decided to eat out on the Broadway street front patio as the interior was too noisy. Outside noise level was fine. Occasional motorbike. I'd describe Ezkina as a smart cocktail/Mexican restaurant. The food was very good. A pretty good experience. $100 per couple before tip.

We went here for my birthday dinner! The food reflected a chef that was remarkably attentive to flavor and presentation! It was so delicious! The halibut kiwi ceviche starter is delicious! The owner came out to our table to personally make sure our food was to our liking! They also have a full bar, many great beers on tap. The ambiance is modern and high energy! There is plenty of parking in the back also! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Authentic Mexican cuisine. The best Mexican food in have had in the Walnut Creek area. Good portions, Great taste, average price. I highly recommend.

Every now and then I'll ask them to just make a burrito (Not on the menu) to go. A little pricey but is amazing and worth the cost. Can't wait to bring my wife here. Also hear they have a great selection of small lot tequilas. My new favorite spot in town!
