The Assam milk tea (their “#1 seller”) is undrinkable. I knew when they served me that something was wrong: it looked like a cup full of milk. I asked “is this black tea?” And the worker confirmed that it was assam. It tasted of nothing. And I’m not sure what the “milk” they used was. It didn’t taste like non-dairy creamer or whole milk— I think they might be using powdered milk here. It’s probably the worst boba I’ve ever had.

Absolutely amazing! Costumer service is absolutely outstanding and you walk in the shop and it’s so calming and peaceful, I got the Taro Matcha Marble Milk Tea and it was delicious and my Partner got the Okinawa and it’s so refreshing and both drinks were overall great and well priced!

ONE OF THE BEST BOBA PLACES—IT’S CURRENTLY MY TOP 1
I’ve been seeing this since I moved here from the Philippines 5 years ago. I think it was still under construction. Like others, I drove past this a million times but felt like finding a parking spot would be the challenge so finally after Google persuaded me to try this place in a very scorching hot day, I gave in. I cannot recommend this place enough. Recommended this to my chiropractor in the area right after getting my first order here. I ordered and would highly recommend Matcha Strawberry Latte with Salted Kreama and Grass Jelly. It was very rich, tasty and creamy. It wasn’t too sweet and I got happy whenever I sip chunks of strawberry jam. Yum!! It makes me reminisce the experience. I might get it right now again. LOL. I also ordered the 5pc Buffalo Chicken Wings. I thought it would be just dry, bought from Costco raw but no, it was so juicy and soft. I was eating them like lollipops. I will definitely come back soon. The owners were darling. They make you feel like family and friends.

Delicious Brown sugar milk drink with Boba. Friendly service and clean pleasant outside sitting. We will certainly going to try their egg puffs next time we are in Walnut Creek. Good location also, not far from Nordstrom.

Have driven past here a million times and finally went in today. Friendliest owner ever! All smiles. I usually just get a milk tea with boba everywhere I go. But I asked what his favorite was and something not too sweet or sugary, and he said the lemon passionfruit mountain tea with aloe Vera. It was awesome. I wish I got a large and not regular! I’m hooked.
