I am deeply disappointed with my recent visit to the Arabic pizza place in Walnut Creek. My family and I were passing through the area and were excited to try their renowned Arabic-style pizza. However, our experience was marred by numerous issues that left a bitter taste in our mouths.Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff members who, unfortunately, fell short in providing adequate assistance. We were left in the dark when it came to portion sizes, with no guidance whatsoever. We assumed that the pizzas would be personal-sized, only to be shocked by their colossal proportions. These mammoth 12 to 16-inch round pizzas forced us to order a staggering six of them. This lack of clarity regarding portion control is simply unacceptable and resulted in unnecessary wastage and expense.To compound matters, the staff's assertion that their Ramadan-exclusive pastry, katayaf, was freshly made proved to be utterly false. When the pastries were initially served, the cheese ones were still frozen on the inside. The texture was abysmal, resembling a soggy mess that had been haphazardly reheated. Moreover, these supposedly delectable treats lacked the essential homemade syrup that elevates their taste to another level. The resulting dryness further diminished our enjoyment of these pastries, leaving us utterly dissatisfied.Despite these setbacks, we proceeded to order the Kabob salad and the chicken shawarma. Regrettably, the food only managed to attain a mediocre level of quality. However, the glaring absence of assistance with portion control loomed over our entire dining experience, tainting even the aspects that were merely average.In conclusion, my visit to the Arabic pizza place in Walnut Creek was far from satisfactory. The lack of guidance regarding portion sizes, coupled with the frozen and lackluster katayaf pastries, left a sour taste in my mouth. While the food itself was passable, the overall experience was marred by a significant lapse in customer service. It is crucial for establishments to provide accurate information and assistance to their patrons, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I sincerely hope that the necessary improvements are made to prevent others from encountering similar disappointments in the future.

Giving a low rating is very unfortunate because my partner and I both found the food to be very good. Until we found two hairs in each of our separate meals. She got the chicken bowl and I got the lamb pita wrap. She first found a hair in the bowl after a few bites and mid way through my wrap she looked over and saw a long black hair sticking out of my wrap. We brushed the first one off cuz we know things happen but when we found the second she couldnt keep eating. Very unfortunate.

Worst food ever I had. Their kobideh was like a stone hard. Full of other ingredients than meat. Their desert was very old and freezer burnt. Their ash (soup) was old and cooked in non traditional way. The prices were very high. Did not worth the quality and quantity. In addition they charged for bread. Normally every this types restaurant provide you bread, because traditionally you have to eat this kind food with bread. Over all I give them negative zero. Do not recommend this restaurant not even to my enemies.
Wonderful service and even more wonderful food!!! I’ve been recommending this spot to everyone. Each time I come it’s so good and I’m always happy to grab dinner or lunch here :) the people who work here are so nice too!!

I have been seeing this restaurant for a while and finally decided to give it a try. We went there for lunch and it was pretty empty because it was raining but I still like the beautiful blue vibes around the restaurant with cute chandeliers which we're giving very Turkish vibes. For food we got lentil soup, pepperoni pizza (so happy it's halal), kefta kabob plate, chicken and beef shawarma bowl, beef shawarma wrap (which was loaded with meat), and chicken fries. Everything was super fresh and piping hot. We loved everything cause it was so delicious, fresh and colorful! Will definitely come back!
