It’s good, but it’s not great. It’s a fast food place and it’s one of the few that we will go to, which we don’t do very often. I like that it’s pretty inexpensive and right up the street. The family meal deal includes your choice of three entrées and two sides of fried rice or noodles. That’s 5 cartons of food for less than $40. We’ll get two of those for movie night from time to time. There’s about 8+ of us and there’s usually enough leftovers for lunch...
Last time we visited, we ordered take out. Large Beijing Beef and large String Bean Chicken. The beans were undercooked and even 2 minutes in the microwave left them crunchy. The previous visit we ordered a large String Bean Chicken and when I got home and opened it, it wasn't filled, with about an inch gap to the top. We like Panda Express and we are near this one, but if the next time we go we have a problem, it's "three strikes and you're out!"
Walked in at 8pm on a Saturday night (4/23) to a long line but to my surprise it went through quickly. By the time I got to close to the order counter I can see why the line was moving so quickly; the 3 employees who were working were all working quick, organized and communicated beautifully with each other.
