We had a delicious dinner. The service was great. I arrived earlier than my reservation and they were able to seat us right away.

I made reservations a week in advance. Once we got inside we were told to wait another 30mins to be seated. I was confused as to whats the point of reservations if we still have to wait and fit a dog fight to be seated down. It was such a disorganized restaurant. Servers were very disrespectful and the host was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Once we got seated, which was 40mims after our reservation which at that point I had to beg them to give us a seat. We were given water and I requested the server if we can get straws but we never received them AT ALL. Food was very cold when we received it on the table. Drinks were ordered and we received it after we were done with dinner. The entire restaurant was very disorganized. It was my first time dining here and I won't ever dine here ever again. This will be one place I won't ever recommend to someone EVER. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. PLEASE GO TO OLIVE GARDEN AND THE FOOD WILL TASTE 1000X BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME TO EAT HERE. ALL MICROWAVE FOOD.

I'm not sure if the reservation system was down, so it could have been something bigger than what I saw, but the restaurant was overwhelmed and we waited a good hour past our reservation time. All the staff was kind and professional, but it was clear that things were not going well. Wrong food delivered, no check in, no water service (had to ask for water twice), etc. lovely restaurant and I'm sure that on other nights it's a great place, but things didn't go well across the board and it seemed too busy and chaotic for anyone to even notice or ask.

2nd time we have made reservations at 6pm for two and the chaos at the front entrance was like it was at the 1st reservations we made last year. At least five reservations around me at the cramped front entrance were for 6pm and there was nobody (hostess??) at the door to organize the chaos. Servers were whippin around and thru the crowd. 50 couples/families can't have 6pm reservations at the same time. The system is broken. Last year, we waited until 7:30 to be seated for a 6pm reservation. Yes, we waited 🙄 and finally got a table. Thought we'd give them one more chance this year because the food is good, but its not thAt good. So, we left and drove over to Thai Village in Pleasant Hill and had a wonderful Valentines Day dinner. Don't waste your time on reservations at Pasta Primavera, they have no reservation system, it means nothing. The wait is at least an hour, even WITH reservations. There's too many other good places to eat around here that do not waste your time. Terrible.

We really enjoyed our experience. Our server, Eva, was very professional and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary appetizer as well as our salads, entrees, Italian sodas and dessert. I appreciate that they have some good vegetarian options on the menu.

Per the restaurant employee, Open Table overbooked them by double and they didn't even have our reservation. It was Christmas Eve. We had to find an alternative place to go with a party of 7 on Christmas Eve!!

I don’t know who is leaving these 5 star reviews probably the owners friends and family. But the food here is so bland and disgusting. The sauces tasted like boiled water and some seasoning. The waitress was scary! She wasn’t smiling, was on her phone and served us cold hard as a rock bread that made a mess all over the table. Then I saw her serve the same bread to someone else, she picked it up with her bare hands after she wiped down the bar counter and didn’t wash her hands. So that probably explains the quality of the food. After the food was served I didn’t see her until I had to hunt her down for to go containers and the bill. And no “thank yous”. No wonder this place was empty my mom was sooo disappointed because we were starving and she wanted Olive Garden and I took here. Sorry mom.

We hadn't been to Pasta Primavera in years! It is great and better than we remembered. We all had a pasta dish, and it was delicious.

Gem of a restaurant with great service. Each dish was carefully prepared and freshness stood out. Attentive, friendly servers in an elegant, classic Italian restaurant. Loved the bread delivered hot from the pizza oven.

The atmosphere was a very nice surprise. Came on a Saturday night, and was just crowded enough that if felt alive but was still very calm and quiet. You can hear the person next to you. Their decor is beautiful. Stylish and simple. The food was good. Flavors were nothing to write home about, but food was fresh and solid. Portions were generous. Our server was very nice but we felt a bit forgotten at times. They weren't that busy and had a lot of workers but everyone seemed overworked which was strange. I think she realized it and made up for it at the end with extra attention. Overall would recommend for a nice dinner where atmosphere is important such as a birthday or anniversary, or if you just have the money to spend and want to try something new. Much nicer inside than outside, which looks a bit dumpy. You will be happy once you get inside.

What a completely unethical and dishonest business. Their delivery drivers repeatedly block access to the nearby private residences (which is illegal BTW) Even after discussing the issue with the owner, they just don't seem to care.

Support local businesses that care about the community and skip places like this that actively harm the neighborhoods they're in.
