Met the owner the other day and he was cool
I Order pizza online and added a pizza with a phone order. 3 pizza total at $30 bucks a pizza.
When i spoke to the cashier and paid for my phone order - we were solid.
Then I had a random person from their establishment not believe I actually order the pizza.
I had to convince them that we ordered it online and I added a pizza.
The cashier verified my order prior to this lady approaching us.
The other lady from the back didn’t believe me that I order the other 2 pizzas.
she was so rude.
When you’re rude. - The pizza tastes horrible.
Never again will I come back here.

Tiny hole in the wall place in a small strip mall. Good lunch stop with EV charging across the street. The creamy garlic sauce pizza was so delicious. Interesting take on a calzone but it works.

Stopped in for a quick slice on a quick lunch break and was blown away by the cleanliness of the pizza joint right off the bat. I was greeted by Celine who kindly told me what specials and options they had going on and took my order. In what seemed no time I had one of the hot, freshest, delicious slice of pepperoni I’ve ever had . 5 stars all around Pizza Oliva is the only spot in the creek to grab a slice, hands down
So happy that it is back to the original owners. They are kind, have wonderful customer service and it’s a pleasure to have such a wonderful small business in our neighborhood.

I live in Rossmoor which is a short distance from this restaurant and they used to be the only ones that would deliver here. At first, I thought the pizza was pretty good, but then they sold to new owners and it went way downhill. It got to the point where they couldn't keep enough employees to even make deliveries in the evening so I gave up because the pizza just wasn't very good anymore anyway. However, today I decided to give them another try because I saw on their website that they had gone back to original ownership which made me think everything will have improved. I ordered my pizza fairly early in the afternoon so I can't say whether they are still having problems with evening deliveries. However, the pizza was so lightweight when she handed it to me I felt like it was probably missing half of the ingredients. It did have everything on it that I ordered, but the quantities were laughable. This will be the last time I order from them
