Stopped in for a quick slice on a quick lunch break and was blown away by the cleanliness of the pizza joint right off the bat. I was greeted by Celine who kindly told me what specials and options they had going on and took my order. In what seemed no time I had one of the hot, freshest, delicious slice of pepperoni I’ve ever had . 5 stars all around Pizza Oliva is the only spot in the creek to grab a slice, hands down

I live in Rossmoor which is a short distance from this restaurant and they used to be the only ones that would deliver here. At first, I thought the pizza was pretty good, but then they sold to new owners and it went way downhill. It got to the point where they couldn't keep enough employees to even make deliveries in the evening so I gave up because the pizza just wasn't very good anymore anyway. However, today I decided to give them another try because I saw on their website that they had gone back to original ownership which made me think everything will have improved. I ordered my pizza fairly early in the afternoon so I can't say whether they are still having problems with evening deliveries. However, the pizza was so lightweight when she handed it to me I felt like it was probably missing half of the ingredients. It did have everything on it that I ordered, but the quantities were laughable. This will be the last time I order from them

Pizza was great tasting. There were no slices so we waited for a fresh pie. Service was pretty bad. Looks like a bunch of kids run it and it shows. Weren’t too helpful and took a really long time.

Started eating pizza here because my son works here, but I must say, it’s actually really good and tasty pizza.
I NEVER write reviews but the customer service is absolutely terrible! The worker yelled at a 90 yr old patron for having the wrong coupon and called her cheap. I was just sitting there as an observer but the person in charge then asked me out of the blue if I agreed with him, I informed him he was being rude to the elderly. He then yelled at me, flipped me off and told me to never come back. Sure thing bud ?

We just stopped in for 3 slices to go. And it looks like they baked the pies first thing this morning and just left them under a heating lamp all day. Pretty dry and sad.
