First of all - we haven't been to Ruth's for over 12 years. We were promptly seated and requested the sommelier open our 1995 Bordeaux we had brought with us. Our server was brilliant, attentive and personable. She got the sommelier over and he expertly opened and decanted our wine. Champagne round on the house, we ordered cocktails and our steaks. We were celebrating our 47th anniversary. We had a lovely server. Enjoyed our outstanding, awesome dinner and received a complementary cheesecake dessert that was yummy. Also a champagne toast when we first came in. We'll be back for the next celebration.

We have been to many Ruth Chris restaurants prior to this visit, and it's unfortunate that this one was the nail in the coffin. Honestly this experience has ruined any future visits for our families to Ruth chris. To start, there were very rowdy crowds of birthday parties in very minimal clothing. Seemed to not be a dress code policy. The service was poor, our waiter did not seem interested in serving nor was friendly in any way. All of our steaks were cooked to the wrong...
