Quite popular during weekend, hard to park

Great location and service. I love the seating upstairs.

Location is great double story, it was packed. Food was good 2nd order came really late we placed 2 orders at the same time which made it weird for the other couple we were with. Also when they brought out food no napkins were offered had to get up and go get them ourselves

Shake Shack is typically a great spot for a quick and tasty burger+fries, but they are absolutely bombing their orders. The burgers we got had no salt and the patties were falling apart (almost like loose ground beef) and the fries were undercooked. They also failed to note any of the requests we put in (no onion, extra lettuce, etc.). I would avoid this location as their management/training seems to be off.

Went here for lunch with my BF, the food is delicious especially the limited time items, it can be a bit above the usual price for burgers but they're really worth it! Not for everyday eating but certainly for that nice splurge day!

Never again shake shack. I used to go to the original at Madison Square, back when their Shack Stack was $6. Fast forward today and $13 for a subpar burger just doesn't cut it. In and Out is the only chain burger place I will be frequenting from now on.

Parking is a little busy but food is really good!

I recently visited this burger place, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. When we arrived, the tables were dirty, and it took about 5-10 minutes before anyone showed up to help, even though I saw a few employees chatting in the break area. It didn’t seem like anyone was in a rush to assist.

The burger itself was poorly made. It looked like it had been cooked with the lettuce inside, so the lettuce was mushy and brown. It looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. To make matters worse, after receiving our order and table number, we assumed the food would be brought to us. However, the system didn’t work that way, and we only realized our food was ready when someone yelled our name from the counter.

Overall, it was a bad experience from both a service and food quality standpoint. I don’t think we’ll be returning.

Really salty hamburger. I’m not sure if this is normal or the cook got a little nuts, but it was almost inedible.

Hi Shake Shack, if you were selling your Kitchen and Food expediters having a good time then you are the best. I got a text 10 mins ago that my food was ready and they are all too busy chatting with the kitchen staff. I was however entertained by the profanity from the staff behind the counter.
