Having your automated order systems PRE-SET to tip 10% is a slimy business move shake shake. It’s not your customers job to make sure your employees are getting paid a livable wage!
Great food, great prices, great service, and prepared quickly

This is one of a very few chain burgers that I find good and consistent. Glad I dropped into this location because I enjoyed my burger upstairs in a very lovely dining room!

Came here for the vegan shakes but they sadly discontinued them. Decided to get a veggie burger and the patty tasted really weird with weird flavor, everything was too salty. Personally, I wouldn’t suggest this place and won’t come back myself. Staff is efficient and the place is clean!

Years ago I ate at Shake Shack in New York and was absolutely blown away - hands down the best burgers and shakes I'd ever had.
The bay area locations (except perhaps for Larkspur) have been a huge disappointment. I go back occasionally to see if they've gotten any better but I think I'm done trying.
Yesterday at the Walnut Creek location I tried the shroom burger and vanilla shake (malted). The malt wasn't blended properly - was all clumped up. The burger had very little sauce and tasted rather bland.
Way overpriced for the quality of what they deliver.

We ate delicious burgers here after 22 miles of cycling.
The place is huge and clean with enough tables including the 2nd floor. The lemonade was also good but with too much ice.
The fries were garnished with spices (optional) which multiplied the flavor. Will go again

Great hamburger but parking in a garage and walking to the restaurant to pick up lunch is too much of an incentive

Parking could b an issue, food is great but too expensive for fast food like style. We spend $25 per person and only get a burger fries and drink each. On top of all, they ask for tip! U don't need to give tip but just odd that they ask with no server type of service provided.

I didn't see any options for combos. Everything was a full-price add-on. Additionally, although they have gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps available, the rest of their gluten-free options were slim. It was good tasting food, but the prices were on the high side for the portions provided.
