It would have been fair to had received fresh
K-Shack fries. Even during peak times, when a customer asks for something simple from SS staff; it shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth to receive it and the facial expression of irritation/disgust for doing their job is very heartbreaking!

The Korean-style chicken and burger were honestly pretty disappointing 😭
I’ll just save those for when I go to Korea.
That said, Shake Shack never disappoints — it was really good.
Service is always good, but the food is inconsistent. Some days, it’s really good but other days it’s just not good. The fries tasted terrible, the burger was mid but the service is always good per usual.

You can order your food through a kiosk or at the counter. They'll bring it to the table when it's done. The food was okay if you're looking for giant servings, not here. The burgers were smashburger so they had a little crust on them. That was delicious.

I love shake shack! The burgers here are very tasty and better than five guys for sure. I really like the patties, great flavor, cheesy and the buns are super soft. I enjoyed the vanilla milk shake, It tastes great. I also ordered the chicken shack and that was also very delicious. Everything came up to 36$ for all that food and worth it. I got my food within 10 minutes on a busy saturday, not bad and I love how they nicely bring your order to you. The parking lot is very small just a heads up. Great burgers and I will be back!

Having your automated order systems PRE-SET to tip 10% is a slimy business move shake shake. It’s not your customers job to make sure your employees are getting paid a livable wage!

This is one of a very few chain burgers that I find good and consistent. Glad I dropped into this location because I enjoyed my burger upstairs in a very lovely dining room!
