Today, unlike other visits to this store, service was terrible. There were 4 baristas running around behind the counter like the proverbial "chickens with their heads off" and getting nothing done. There were at least four of us waiting for our drinks (not really that busy) and the woman at the espresso machine acted like a total rookie getting two drinks wrong including my own that she had to correct despite the fact there were two seasoned veterans right there.
