I would give a better rating but the customer service I receive from a barista named Aaron is horrible. He should not be working in customer service at all. He seems very annoyed with me everytime I go there. When i order i pay for extra caramel and 4 add shots. He barely gives me any caramel when I pay 80 cents extra for it. This visit was just so-so. Maybe they aren't fully staffed yet? If I am paying for a service, I want good service. I don't like having to ask or repeat myself. I can get that at home for free. Food usually no complaints. This just wasn't a good day.

This Starbucks outlet closes at 7 o’clock. But they deny to take your order at 6:30. Next day I walked there at 5 o’clock and the girl behind the counter told me that she doesn’t work here and they are closed. I tried to inquire around, but nobody was interested to respond. No wonder what I hear all the time from people buying coffee there is true.
