Racism at its peak. Not all brown people come just to use the restroom. Don’t say no to them without knowing—they might have ordered something online. even if its a rule at-least ask them “ hey did order anything or similar on very polite way . please train your employee

It's one of the best Starbucks in the area. The staff is always welcoming and super nice. I don't think I have ever waited longer than 5 minutes in the drive-thru, even when there is a long line.

The service here has gotten so bad . A few weeks ago I went through the drive through and ordered a drink, word for word, from a text. I repeated it twice and the employee still got the order wrong. When I asked her to fix the order at the window she said that I would have to get back in line to order again. I protested and did so anyway. I then tried to order the drink again reading again word for word from a text. Before I could finish she interrupted me and said she know what my order was. When I got to the window she gave me the wrong order again. I took it and left. Today, I tried to order a danish but the name was blocked off by a bush. When I asked the employee to add the danish after I found the name, she said that she couldn’t because of the line but she could if the line was shorter. So I didn’t get my danish even after I tipped. Not going here again. This is just a sample of many poor customer service at this location.

My favorite drink was the Chocolate Almond Milk Shaken Espresso, and it's been a struggle to get the same taste by modding a regular SE ever since they discontinued it ):
But not today!!! Mega props to Jenna(?) and whoever answered the phone for making it taste so good today! ? The staff have been so friendly with each visit!
