Friendly nice staff but definitely need some training on how to make drinks. I go to one location near my work and it's fire then I come here locally and is blah. They need to put some TLC on those drinks management

We got 2 Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino today from this Starbucks and terribly disappointed. They tasted like ice slurry without any mocha flavor and didn’t even have cookie chips. Not worth paying $7 for ice slurry.

Oakland doesn't have a space like this. Really nice. Clean. Didn't need to ask for a code to use the bathroom which by the way were awesome.

This is a review about the Starbucks on 2292 N. Main in Walnut Creek. This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to and it’s thanks to its atmosphere and friendly people working there. I would like to acknowledge Alejandro, June, Josephine, my Italian friend and many others because everyone there is just friendly and fun and hard working! You guys are the best and I think you should be rewarded by your company because they don’t know how lucky they are having you on board! Thank you for always being prompt and kind and very welcoming. There were two guys working at the Starbucks today. One with short hair and another with longer hair. The short hair person dude was the most RUDE barista I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. They announced the place was closing at 6pm. I started packing, and at 6:01pm as I was almost ready to leave the guy YELLED at me “YOU GOT TO LEAVE !!! “. I understand they need to close and go home , but that’s not the way to ask and especially after only being a minute late
Kevin is not good guy :( he spilled coffee on me. He didn’t apologize though

The manager yells at the employees all morning, really noisy. Stressful if you enjoy quality morning time. The manager who needs to exercise her right to SHUT UP, really need a CHILL PILL.
