I enjoyed my white mocha. I am very disappointed with the garbage can of a lid that was provided. I’m sick and tired of these woke liberals messing with my Starbucks. Dumb lit spilled all over on my way to work. Sad times right now.

So this Starbucks is in my neighborhood. I just want to say to the hiring manager that they vet really nice people with good attitudes to employ at this location. I’m so serious right now. Everyone who works (the staff) at this location has such a super cool personality . It’s a vibe. They all extra pass the vibe check. Love that

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location which was not very busy at the time that I arrived on a Friday morning. Before ordering, I spoke with the barista, Joe, who was extremely personable and kind. One of the issues for seniors, and really, for the general public is the high level of sugar in most of the flavored drinks; Joe was able to delineate the subset of such drinks (very small) and was already aware that among seniors 25% of are diabetic and more than 50% satisfy criteria for pre-diabetes. Although the large variety of drink customizations is already an issue for Starbucks, it seems that it would be prudent for management to prioritize more reduced sugar choice as the public health threat increases in scope and the public more aware.

This used to be my go-to store for some time but the new management and departure of some of its best baristas has caused me to take my business elsewhere. There's only a handful of baristas left who make it worth visiting. I can't recommend this location other than that sadly.

There's a newer barista who works there, I saw her the free straw day, or the day after. She made my week. Truly, because I walk or drive past daily, and every time I would I thought about how lovely that barista was. She was so happy, loving her job, moving all quick but still engaging with me the whole time. Like, you have drinks to make, you don't have to ask me about my day. And then ask follow up questions! She was just exactly who I want working everywhere I go. I even pass a closer location if I have time, hoping to have some of her joy rub off on me before work.

LOVE this Starbucks location!! It’s my go to because it’s so conveniently close to where I live by walking the trail to downtown! Every time I go everyone is super friendly, outgoing and the customer service there is always above and beyond!
