False advertising! They have a mailer that goes out once a week but it is not accepted anywhere. I asked why and nobody could or would give me an answer.If they advertise constantly for special deals but won't honor them, I wouldn't patronize a placelike this!!!

Worst customer service I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally had a coupon "that I have used in the past at this location". They decided the day they stopped using them is today. Coupon doesn't expire until 8/27/23. Paid thirteen dollars for a sandwich. Should of went next door to sprouts to get there sandwich for $4.99. They didn't tell me they would take the coupon until the sandwich was finished. Avoid the employee with a blonde streak in her hair absolutely terrible.

This establishment is not deserving of even a single star rating. The owner's behavior is abysmal and their customer service is the worst. It's advisable to avoid ordering from them through services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub. The owner has been known to yell at Dashers and consistently fails to receive orders placed through DoorDash. Additionally, they refuse to prepare sandwiches for DoorDash orders unless the dashers pays for it themselves. The owner is unpleasant and unwelcoming, and there are superior Subway locations in the area. It's recommended to take your business elsewhere and not subject yourself to the owner's hostile demeanor, as they have been known to shout at customers and ask them to leave for no reason.

Absolutely terrible. Tried to make me pay for a sandwich that wasn't even made yet. I kept asking if she even had the meat to make it but she just kept telling me the price. Cookies in case looked like they got left in the oven too long. This is literally the 3rd time I've tried to have a sandwich made here the other 2 times they seem to be either closed at random times or closed early. Don't waste your time coming here hit a different place.

It’s Tuesday January 31, 2023 4:00 pm and no one is here but the lady is not friendly and they don’t accept coupons here. I got my nephew and I a combo each and I’m paying $33! I am not coming back here. No wonder this place is empty. Zero stars for this place.Kid-friendliness: Not kind to my nephew
