Not sure why this T4 is only rated a 3.9. We've tried a lot of boba in the area, many of which are excellent, but T4 is our favorite. So far we have only had the pearl milk tea, but we come back whenever we can for it. Even at 100% sweet it isn't nearly as sweet as at other places, so it is more refreshing and light. I get 50% sweet and you can really taste the floral notes to the tea that they use. Fantastic both with whole milk and soy milk. Online ordering is easy...

Kid-friendliness: You need to have curly boba straws
They would be so cool and give an edge on all competition.

Workers were very kind, the order was made exactly to the receipt, and overall it had a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere with not too many people in the store. I would visit again :
