The Ranchero beans and the restaurant's delicious bbq sauce are must-try items. The jalapeño cheddar sausage is really solid, and the brisket is on another level, smoked for 16 hours. This BBQ spot is considered the best within hundreds of miles, with many traveling over an hour to visit. The food is great, but seating can be limited during lunch rush, and some items like pulled pork and potato salad sell out early. While the customer service is good, buying by the pound can get expensive, and plates with entrees and sides would be a welcome addition. Despite traffic noise and windy conditions, the quality keeps people coming back.
