The Greenery Restaurant & Sports Bar

We booked one of The Greenery's private rooms for a Celebration of Life and couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Debbie was in constant contact and kept us on track with various deadlines. The food was excellent and Amber, the day of coordinator was so helpful and made for a seamless and stress free event. I highly recommend The Greenery for any private event!

I went there for lunch (first time). Walked in and went straight to the host stand and a young lady was standing there patiently in front of me. After standing there for 5 min (literally), Amber (the hostess) finally acknowledged the girl. The girl asked for an application, Amber, without even making eye contact told her they didn't have applications and to go to the pro shop. She said it like this girl meant absolutely nothing to her and by simply applying for a job was a huge inconvenience to Amber. After the young lady left, I was left standing there waiting to be seated. Amber then went back to talking to another employee without even acknowledging my existence. I waited for another 5 min before finally asking Amber if she could see me!! I had been there a total of 10 minutes and Amber couldn't have cared less. As a business owner myself, I would fire her on the spot. She has no business being in customer service. She is extremely rude and should either A) be back in the back washing dishes or B) Fired! That way she could be the girl standing with an application and get treated like she doesn't exist. I will obviously never ever be back and will tell everyone to not go to this place. Good employees are important, if you are the owner of this establishment I want you to know that Amber is literally taking money of out your pocket. Do better!

Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas. $38 for adults. Mimosas took an hour to arrive. Meat was cold and food was thoroughly unremarkable. Not worth it. Service was good for the most part.

This bar SUCKS......BAD SERVICE....BARTENDERS LAXY CHAT ON PHONE ..... RIDICULOUS.... EVERYONE IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT GOING HOME AND CLEANING UP THAN SERVING THE BAR!!!

Food and service were both good. Just had appetizers as we were meeting with a large group and just there to chat. Will come back to try a real meal later. we had the appetizer sampler platter that we shared with several other people, and everyone seemed happy with the food.

Really good food with decent menu choices. Beautiful views, with a great private event room. If you want to check out a live band, or sing karaoke, or dance to dj tunes, without the hassle of crowded downtown parking, The Greenery is a fantastic place for food, drink, and entertainment in Walnut Creek!
