Authentic Italian Food at it's best!
Oh yeah, this place is great, very lively, the food is great, never been disappointed when we come here!
Without a doubt one of the best bacon cheeseburgers I have ever had highly recommended !
Really good family style restaurant, I'd recommend the specials, homemade pasta is good, but you can get that anywhere. Stick to what they do amazing which is all of the entrees and specials!Wednesday is two for one lobster night so be prepared for a crowd. You'll need cash but they do have an ATM system in the bar.
This place is fantastic. We stopped in after boating all day. The service was great Sonny and Rob took good care of us. The food was also great we had ribeye and fried chicken.
Family style dishes served which I love. It's very Italian and makes me feel like I'm home. The pasta and minestrone soup are a must.
Always wonderful at Guisti's. Love the food and people. This time I had the lamb chops. It looked so fantastic, I couldn't stop to take a photo. Beyond delicious.
9yrs in Rio Vista & it was my 1st time going. I'd heard such great things and they lived up to the hype. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere joyful and the clam chowder, best ever. New England ain't got nothing over Giusti's.
What a cool experience. Get lost in the delta and find your way to this restaurant. Old school Italian style with minestrone, above average, salad good and house wine...we did not get ours hence the four stars. Evolving menus on the wall. Clam chowder was excellent. Cheeseburger medium rare was cooled perfectly. Eggplant parmigiana and oysters were also a favorite at the table. Good service. Cash or check only so come prepared. Really nice time. Will definitely go back for the fried chicken!!!!
Drop by and have a beer or sit down and have a meal. A fun place inside and out...!

Boosted in. Very good food. Minestrone soup was not the best but the rest was amazing!
Server told us "You should check yelp before coming here to know that we're CASH ONLY". Sorry, what?We were in the neighborhood exploring the river and got hungry so looked on Google for a nearby place with good reviews. This place looked good.Hard to find anything on the menu that isn't fried. People are not wearing masks, bartender and servers included. Food was decent, but to not tell us they're cash only until the end? Listed nowhere - not on the menu, the door, anywhere?? And then to give us sass because we didn't review yelp to see whether we could pay with, ya know, legal tender like everywhere else... We legitimately tried to tip only the woman who had been bringing us water etc. because she was amazing and didn't give us a bunch of garbage like the server did.We were respectful and friendly the whole time, and to be told we had to go on some other website to find out how to pay was pretty gross. My parents are going to visit town soon and we were talking about bringing them here until that gross reaction.MAKE IT CLEAR YOU ARE CASH ONLY SOMEPLACE BESIDES YELP. That really can't be so hard.
Recent lunch so satisfying I went back for dinner. Lunch included lamb shanks, Wed only, & dinner 2-for-1 lobster, Tue only. Regular menu items as tasty as daily Specials, but those may entice you to return for something different. Family style dining with an Italian heritage, includes a flavorful cabernet at lunch, minestrone, crusty bread, & salad with entrees. Rustic, old, historic fisherman & hunters find that's still fun to unwind in. Cabin style comfort, good food, great staff.
A gem on the Sacramento delta. The hats on the ceiling came from different farmers and business workers that either forgot their hat or donated it the ceiling. FOOD IS TOP NOTCH! The view is great!
Thursday is Italian night. We had lasagna which was delicious. Great to see this multi generational family owned delta institution has survived Covid. Matt and his sister Katie were gracious hosts as dad Mark was off duty this evening. If you have not been here it is bucket list worthy particularly if the bucket is a long way off.
