I been coming here for years and I have never felt so uncomfortable embarrassed. The waitress are not friendly no customer services, I really loved this place, but unfortunately it’s not the same. The manager Cristian was the only nice person here. The waitress have the most unfriendly faces stuck up and only seem to pick and choose who they wanted to be friendly to.

We waited a long while for our food the people next to us got there appetizers immediately. Almost waited in hour, the fries were too salty, my daughters Mac and cheese didn't taste so great she didn't want to finish it. But the burger was good.

There's only one issue that I have with Applebee's They don't serve a baked potato every other restaurant you can get a steak and baked potato or shrimp and baked potato but not an Applebee's They're mashed potatoes are good or just sometimes I want a baked potato.

The service tonight was absolutely horrendous, ask to speak to the manager only to be given all kinds of excuses as of why the service was so terrible , is sad because this used to be our hangout spot, absolutely disappointed, don’t waste your time or money at this particular Applebees!!

My husband had asked for his steak rare, and it came well done. Needless to say, he sent it back, and they made him another one.

Came here with my family to avail of the $15 all you can eat deal, and while chain restaurants are not normally our go-to choice, my dad was particularly excited for this. We were able to pick from a variety of boneless wings, popcorn shrimp, and riblets, all which came with fries on the side. The service is slow so you do space out your food and they brought out fries on the side whether you wanted them or not, but for three rounds of plates, this was a good deal. The garlic Parmesan sauce was my favorite choice for the wings and I also liked the crunch of the shrimp a lot. Booths were spacious and credit cards accepted. Parking is easy as it’s located in the front. It’s a very all-American experience and when you’re feeling hungry, this can be a great deal.

Reminder: VERY RACIST waitress in the restaurant. Be careful if you’re Asian. Yesterday, we attended a funeral and decided to catch up afterward. When we asked to order beer, the waitress said we were too loud and looked a bit drunk, so she couldn't provide the beer.Question: you can’t laugh out loud from being happy because you’re going to look like you’re drunk?It's frustrating to feel unfairly judged. After we lowered our voices and only ordered food, I still felt that we were being treated unfairly. As an Asian person, I felt cautious as it seemed they were not treating us nicely and were suspicious that we wouldn't pay. I asked them to check their camera, and it turned out their machine was the issue, which was ridiculous.I was completely sober and had not drunk at all. Even if my friends were drunk, they wouldn't have left without good manners. We all live in the Walnut area and the treatment we received at the restaurant was heartbreaking, especially after attending a funeral. I’m not letting them treat my friends like that.
