We've been doing pick-up/takeout, and even though that's the case the restaurant is always clean, staff is helpful and smiling, and the results are always great food and eating experience between my partner and I.

Staff wasn't helpful, this was my first time there, and definitely the last. Took over 30 minutes to get order . A "whole" chicken is really half a chicken with every piece cut in half.
I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this place before Moving to diamond bar. I love Their honey garlic chicken. I literally order here at least once A week cuz im addicted to it. I like it better than wingstop no lie ! lol

Every bbq chicken is different and I am glad I got such a great one near me. The service is always excellent with every person being so patient and efficient. The food always comes out outstanding and I never have to worry if it will be good or bad. Some locations also take so long to make their food which I understand because it’s double fried but still feels relatively quick here. Consistency is what matters to me most at chain restaurants and it’s why I keep coming back. Thanks for the many good meals!
The food was great! Though it was busy by the time I arrived and had ordered, and they had run out of chopsticks. Minor inconvenience, can't fault them too much for it.

Self-service ordering was easy and clear. Takes time to get the food was fine, because it came out hot and tasted great. A bit expensive, but worth it!
Parking: Nice parking lot with lots of space. Drive slow since people are occasionally walking around. Overall no problems!
