Chipotle Mexican Grill

The guac looked like it had been left out for 3 days. It was nearly completely brown. They let some random dude dressed in casual clothes with no proper attire just walk in to the back and grab a couple things including a bag of chips. That’s concerning for a place that handles the food you eat… where’s the professionalism?

They always start closing and cleaning like 2 hours before the store even closes, and then when you go in they're all visibly annoyed by you being there. Every time I've been they don't let you sit inside because they wiped down all the tables already. And they're so passive aggressive about everything Im always scared to go in there

I’ve visited this location maybe 20 times throughout the years.

And by far this is my weirdest experience.

The younger staff at this location are always a treat. They do what they can as get the work done and how I like my food. Though today was such a strange experience I had to come to the reviews. I had came in with my Spouse and began an order for ourselves. The young man at the front was more than happy to make an order for me the way I usually like it. But then for some reason- this older woman- who I may assume may be a manger, decided to take the order out of the young employee’s hands and then began going back and forth with me if she can or can’t do the order. I had let her know if she can’t she doesn’t have to do it the way I had requested- she said she can’t but then did it anyways. The entire time she had seemed to be pestering the younger staff and even taking orders away from them before they even get a chance to work on them. Then after finishing my burrito she had started to complain about “How hard” it was to make my food to the other staff.
As if it was the hardest thing to do all day. A single burrito? This is the first time I’ve ever had my order done with this older woman.

Anyways just wanted to share this unpleasant experience.

Absolutely the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. This location is the closest to my work so I come here a lot. Not a single time they have everything available to choose from.
Tonight is the worst of all! Still have an hour before closing but they ran out of all the meat except for one. No fajitas no mild no medium. These guys here are just lazy and don’t want to work.

ordered online today. went to sit at a table while my food was getting prepared, and the tables were all sprayed down but not wiped.. granted my order was ready on time, i had ordered fajitas with my bowl however it did not come with any. also ordered a drink on the side and they just placed an empty cup in the bag.. not sure if that's how its usually done but just found it odd.. then went to fill up my drink and none of the drinks in the dispensers were full. had to opt for another drink and was bummed. also got chips on the side and theyre just plain tortilla chips.. no hint of lime AT ALL. and lastly, also requested for utensils and did not get any... overall pretty poor experience and not sure if i'd come back. rather go to the in n out next door.

Wow… all the glory days of this chipotle location being good is over. Over the last 15 years this location went from being great to absolutely the worst. The management really need to look into the workers and the cleanliness at this place.

on a Saturday night they were out of Lettuce, grilled veggies and beans. What are we supposed to put in on our bowls. They were out of chicken and steak. We had to wait for 10 min for the steaks and I didn’t even get my chicken. There was a line of 10 people and only 1 person making food and other at the cashier. The food bar looked dirty. Workers didn’t really change gloves. I really question the standard of this location. Will never be going here again.

Overall bad experience. Unsanitary conditions throughout the restaurant with unprofessional staff. At one point the cashier left the register unattended. Handful of customers including myself waiting to pay. Server finally checked me out after two customers walked out.

Been going to this Chipotle about 30 times already always been good, but this time they left the avocado husk inside my burrito. Don’t see how this can not be ignored to place in a customer’s food.

The meat I ordered was wrong as well it was beef instead of chicken, when I took that second bite I knew something was off, for both texture and flavor?
