I recently went to this chipotle and it was one of the worst experiences ever. Michelle had the worst attitude and wasn’t attentive at all. I asked for extra cheese and she said “are you sure?” SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Also they NEVER have fajitas, one of the only chipotles that NEVER has it. Would not recommend, would put zero stars if possible!

I have to say we were so hungry after a long day at work and when we walked in the employees rolled their eyes because it was 9:15pm. I almost apologized. The counter where the food was prepared was beyond filthy. The girl with the injured hand looked resentful making our order. Later when I let her know my order turned out good there was zero response. The ice was empty and the same person scowled at me when I asked for it to be refilled. Every table was dirty (including the floor under) so I dare not ask for it to be cleaned so I wiped it myself. I found a hair in my rice so I couldn’t even finish my food- it was a disaster. My husband and I just lamented that Chipotle is too big to care about the service and the quality. We do not blame the employees- the stakeholders at fault are the leadership ? percent. As a result low morale overall due to apparent understaffing and bad management! Chipotle you can do better!

Disappointing ExperienceI recently visited this Chipotle and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was extremely poor, with garbage strewn around the premises. The food preparation area was extremely dirty, which made me question the overall hygiene of the establishment. It was hair in our salad and when we mentioned employee's they laugh about itThe food was mixed together in a haphazard manner, which was a complete disappointment. It was evident that no care went into the preparation. Furthermore, it was only 9 pm and most of the food options were already unavailable, which was a major letdown.In addition to the poor food quality and cleanliness, the service was also subpar. The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive.Overall, I had a bad experience at this Chipotle and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience. The management should seriously consider improving their cleanliness and food quality standards, as well as their overall customer service.

This Chipotle absolutely sucks!!! Will never be coming back to this location even if it's the closest one.Service: (4/5) All employees were extremely kind but tell me why when it came to scoop my meat she literally gave me half a scoop?Food: (1/5) I came at 2:30PM on a Thursday and they had told me they ran out of corn and there was no more in the other fridge. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable for a Chipotle as majority of people love the corn specifically. Back then they would have an ongoing back stock of all ingredients or at least would make more. They didn't even offer anything to subsidize this. I paid $16 for a meal with a side of guac and chips which is pretty expensive in my opinion and it should have came with all ingredients advertised as expected. Extremely disappointed by my experience today.

There is always an issue at this particular location and one specific manager always has an attitude. On several occasions, I've entered shortly after they've opened and food is not ready. Or there is some other reason why they cannot take orders. And rather than apologizing, the manager opens with "you're going to have to wait 10-20 minutes because..." Horrible customer service. If you're going to open at the time posted on your store, all the food items should be ready and available and you should greet the customer the right way.

The manager Jasmine was so accommodating and I didn't mind waiting for the perfect steak quesadilla that Alyssa made for me. Great customer service. Chipotle vibes are always chill especially when it comes to their music. The location is clean and you get the dependable consistency I expect from a big chain

Shout out to the line worker who gave me a bunch of cheese even though the manager was glaring at him saying "Portion size! Portion size!" She didn't even wait until I finished paying to scold him in front of everyone which was super weird awkward. Just wanted to share that odd experience, otherwise this is a pretty good Chipotle.
