Very kind staff. I clumsily spilled my salad. They didn't think twice. As I tried to clean it up, they took over, didn't complain and offered me another one. Fantastic staff. Well done on hiring a great group.
Really nice place!!! Found extra protein given to me right after opened my to go box!!! This is a great experience and would recommend anyone to come and try this out. Won’t let you disappoint!!!

Recently, a visitor shared their strangest experience at this location after visiting about 20 times over the years. The younger staff members are usually friendly and do their best to prepare food as requested, but an encounter with an older woman, possibly a manager, made the visit unpleasant. She took over the order from a young employee and argued about whether she could or couldn’t do it as requested. After finishing a burrito, she complained about how difficult it was to make the food, even though it was just a single burrito. This was the first time the customer had an experience like that with her.
Despite some issues, the restaurant remains a favorite for many, with vegetarian options and good wheelchair accessibility, especially with corn tortillas. Although there have been concerns about being understaffed, with long lines and slow service, the overall experience can vary. Amber, a staff member, received praise for her great customer service, being kind, patient, and efficient. The friendly staff and consistent menu keep customers coming back, with the food described as delicious and the environment clean and comforting.
