Panera bread has changed their whole menu. It's definitely worse quality. We tried a new sandwich, the Toasted Italiano sandwich. It was supposed to have a lot of meat like in their picture. But instead it had 3 slices of thin, sad meat. Such a disappointment. Also the bag of chips is only 1 oz. 1 measly oz. Like why? Who hurt you? I'm probably gonna stop going to Panera bread anymore. I used to go about once a week before this change.
Chris has helped me multiple times when I have come to Panera. He’s asked me about the weather, my day, solved any issue that may have happened, and did it with a smile. I’m not sure if he is the manager, but he carries himself with great leadership and its positive effect shows with the staff. Every time I come here and he’s there I know it’s going to be great service. I’m very, very happy with the service I’ve gotten from Panera and specifically Chris
