Online Pick up service is absolutely terrible. All online pick up has to stand in line. Not ready pickup order customers stand in front waiting and waiting. Holding up a ridiculous long line for ready to pick up customers behind.. what is the point to order online ?

I LOVE Panda Expess! The food is so delicious, the staff is so kind, they really do want to please, you, they want you to leave there happy! They have such a great variety of food and it is all delicious!
