Horrible experience I asked for water and one of the employees wanted to help me with grabbing me a water. However, I saw him ask one of the owners in the back and saw him brush me off. It seems like they treat certain people differently. I am appalled by their customer service.

Can’t buy bagels from a bagel shop unless you’re willing to put a bunch of stuff on top of the bagel.

I arrived at 8:10 AM, shortly after their posted opening time of 8:00 AM, only to find the doors still locked as they were cleaning up from the previous day. Additionally, they don’t sell individual bagels for walk-ins unless you place an order a day in advance. This isn’t really a traditional bagel shop—it’s more of a sandwich spot with some bagel offerings, but definitely not convenient if you’re just trying to grab a quick bagel in the morning. Plan ahead if you want to buy bagels here!

Bagels are delicious.
Service sucks. They Forgot our drinks, didn’t give any napkins for the yummy bagels, had to wait in line to ask for more , awful creamer for coffee with bleached sugar - no alternatives. I asked for honey, got an eye roll. The cashier hurried you and talked over you. Absolutely delicious and fresh food, don’t think we will be back.

I miss that bagel shop. I haven been back to the Walnut area for many years when I went to Mt. Sac. College. They are still standing strong. They have the best bagels ever. So soft and warm. I cant say enough good things about this place. I wish they would open a shop in Murrieta near the 215 Fwy off Clinton Keith Rd. area. WE NEED A GOOD BAGEL SHOP. Its whats missing in this part of Riverside County.

We traveled almost 40 minutes just to het these bagels. They are the best bagels! We have tried other bagel places, but they just don't compare. The staff is absolutely amazing as well !! I love being able to support a small business.

This was our first trip to Clearwater Bagel. My wife ordered a bagel with lox and I had a bagel breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon. Both were very good with larger than average portions. So why 3 stars? We also ordered coffee and a plain bagel with cream cheese. The coffee tasted fine, but the only options for creamer were sweet Carnation Coffee-Mate or Vanilla Coffee-Mate. Powdered Coffee-Mate was another bad option. A little Half and half or milk for those of us that don't want sweet coffee would be nice. The plain bagel was fine, but the cream cheese was literally runny and did not taste like regular cream cheese. Both of us agreed it was not something we would order again. Also ordering extra bagels was not an option due to staffing issues. I suggest bringing your own Half and Half and skip the plain cream cheese. Or visit the Bagelry in San Dimas for plain bagels with cream cheese and coffee.
