Ordered online, food was delicious, staff was friendly
We tried Einstein Bros. Bagels in Walnut a few times and it used to be Rubio's coastal and grill location. The place is big, spacious and clean. We always order their Nova Lox with Everything bagels and pretzel bagels. Their bagels were delicious. I also like their orange juices. However, I'm not a fan of their hash browns because they were not crispy and tasted like potato balls to me. We are so happy that we have Einstein Bro's Bagels in Walnut.

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Walnut is a big, spacious, and clean restaurant that used to be a Rubio's coastal and grill location. The place offers so much seating indoors and out. Customers order items like the Nova Lox with Everything bagels, pretzel bagels, cranberry bagel, garlic bagel, all nighter with asiago bagel, and turkey avocado & bacon with a 6 cheese bagel. The bagels are delicious, and the orange juices are also liked. The all nighter blew one customer away, with crisp bacon, fresh egg cooked well, and a perfect bagel. The turkey avocado and bacon was pretty mild but the bagel was very delicious. The hash browns were not crispy and tasted like potato balls. One customer found the experience average, as a bagel asked to be toasted was cold, and a doggy bagel stayed hard even after microwaving. The customer service is rated excellent, as staff and manager went above and beyond to make up unavoidable issues like items sold out and supplies out of stock, making sure customers were satisfied. The service is very fast. Free samples of the new dragon fruit lemon drop drink were offered and it was so good. The place seems really well run, and the staff was very patient. Walnut needed a different variety of breakfast options, and people are happy to have Einstein Bros. Bagels in Walnut.
